Chatrix values your privacy. We do not collect, store, or retain any images, whether edited or unedited, with or without faces, on our servers. All processing happens on your device in real time. Once processing is complete, no trace of data remains.
Chatrix uses facial recognition solely to detect the presence of a human face in an image or video. This ensures that certain app features are only available when a person is present. Facial recognition is performed locally on the device, and no facial data is collected, stored, or transmitted.
Chatrix allows users to send and receive messages, including text, images, and videos. Messages are end-to-end encrypted and are not stored on our servers after delivery. Temporary caching may occur to facilitate message transmission, but all cached data is deleted once the message is successfully delivered. We do not access, read, or share user messages.
When users apply AI effects, filters, or enhancements within Chatrix, selected media files may be temporarily processed on our servers. Media files are transmitted securely using encrypted connections and are deleted immediately after processing is complete. No media files are stored or shared with any third party.
Chatrix does not use any user data (including images, face data, or metadata) to train AI models.
Since we do not store any user data, there is no risk of leaks, breaches, or unauthorized access.
Chatrix may contain links to third-party websites or services. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by us, and we strongly advise you to review their Privacy Policies. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Chatrix is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take the necessary actions.
Chatrix does not share user data, including messages, media, or personal information, with third parties beyond essential service providers required for app functionality. Any service providers we work with are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
Users have full control over their data within Chatrix. Messages, images, and videos can be deleted from the app at any time. Users can also request account deletion, which permanently removes all associated data from our systems.
